Terms of use of the Karlobag.eu portal

28. Responsibility for equipment functionality: Karlobag.eu is not responsible to the subscriber for the functionality of the hardware and software equipment used by the subscriber to access the service, such as internet browsers or internet access.

29. Copyright: Karlobag.eu owns the copyright on all content (text, video, and audio) created by Karlobag.eu and published on the web portal and application owned by Karlobag.eu.

30. Use of copyrighted material: Any unauthorized use of copyrighted material owned by Karlobag.eu (including reproduction and distribution to third parties) without prior written permission from Karlobag.eu is considered a copyright infringement.
