Already today in Olga Ban Park starting at 9 PM, we are expecting another in a series of programs "Magic is in the Air". Dancers will demonstrate their incredible flexibility and gymnastic-acrobatic skills on silk, with stage lighting effects, magical music, and attractive costumes. 

On Tuesday, July 23rd at Freedom Square, tribute bands will return with a unique Michael Jackson Tribute Show: Jackson One, a project that combines visual effects and the music of the King of Pop. This project is a homage to the icon who forever marked the history of modern music. The group's frontman, Roy Paladini, is a showman of exceptional talent and a versatile artist with rich European experience as an imitator and the winner of the 2023 edition of the mega-popular show "Tali e quali" on the Italian national TV station RAI 1.
Music, choreography, and special effects are carefully designed to evoke the emotions and magic of the unique Michael Jackson. Get ready for an unforgettable show enriched with professional dancers and an extraordinary band.

For jazz music lovers, the Public Open University Poreč has prepared another musical treat as part of the 29th Jazz in Lapidarium. On Wednesday, July 24th, the Lapidarium of the Poreč Heritage Museum will host the Pavle Miljenović Quintet with the program "Arrival". The concert starts at 9 PM, and admission is free.

On Thursday, July 25th at 9 AM, the second walk of the year with the most famous woman from Poreč is scheduled. Embark on an unforgettable journey through the history of Poreč with the "La mula de Parenzo Tour". This interpretative walk takes you through the most significant historical points of the city with interesting stories and legends that will take you back in time. On the same day, from 9 AM to 9 PM, the traditional Fair of Istrian Indigenous Products will be held at Freedom Square. Local family farms will showcase their products – honey and bee products, olive oil, vegetables, hemp products, lavender products, natural cosmetics, cured meat products, various types of flour, goji berry products, wine, brandies, and fruit products.

Friday, July 26th brings an unforgettable film experience under the stars as part of the "Visions of the Streets" program. Join us at the City Beach near the Court and enjoy the screening of the movie "Back to Black". This biographical film, directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson, follows the life of the legendary British singer Amy Winehouse from her adolescence to the creation of her acclaimed album "Back to Black". The film reveals intimate moments and the musical genius of Amy Winehouse, providing a deeper insight into her turbulent but inspiring life.

The summer cinema on the city beach will screen biographical films about the fashion house Gucci, Elvis Presley, and Whitney Houston. This is a perfect opportunity for all film and music lovers to enjoy these special screenings under the open sky. On Friday, a concert will also be held in the historic building of the Euphrasian Basilica. In the production of the musical-stage activity of the Public Open University Poreč, HÅKON AUSTBØ (piano) will perform as part of the classical music festival "Concerts in Euphrasian", which is being held for the 63rd year in a row.

As part of the Poreč Summer and the "Sounds of the Streets Music" program, Poreč will host the world-famous Kraak & Smaak Soundsystem on Saturday, July 27th. These Dutchmen are known for their unique blend of Nu Disco, Funk, and Electronic music. The concert will be held in front of the Istrian Parliament starting at 9 PM.

Kraak & Smaak have gained worldwide fame by collaborating with numerous music stars such as Romanthony, Ben Westbeech, Lee Fields, and Mayer Hawthorne. Their hit song "Squeeze Me" has brought them to the main stages of festivals such as SXSW, Coachella, Glastonbury, and Sziget, and to well-known TV shows like Jimmy Kimmel Live. With outstanding live performances that burst with positive energy and infectious rhythms, Kraak & Smaak bring the atmosphere of the world's music metropolises to Poreč.
