Members of the 13th Croatian Contingent participated in an assault rifle shooting competition in Poland

Members of the 13th Croatian contingent participating in NATO activities of the reinforced front presence in Poland competed in assault rifle shooting at the Zielona Training Area near Białystok. Lieutenant Zvonimir Soldo won second place with 94 laps hit, while three others were awarded bronze medals.

Members of the 13th Croatian contingent participating in NATO's enhanced Forward Presence (eFP) activity in Poland took part in the “Military Marksmanship Badge shooting competition” at the end of last week. The competition was held at the Zielona Training Area shooting range near the city of Białystok. Lieutenant Zvonimir Soldo achieved an outstanding result, winning second place with a total of 94 hit rings. In addition to him, three other members of the Croatian contingent were awarded bronze medals.

Organization of the competition
The competition was organized by the 1st Territorial Defense Brigade of the Republic of Poland (1. Podlaska Brygada Obrony Terytorialnej). All participants who achieved a result of 75 or more rings received bronze medals as recognition for their skills.

Along with competitive spirit and demonstration of high precision, this competition allowed members of different contingents to exchange experiences and further improve their capabilities.
