Edmonton Convention Centre is a distinctive convention venue built into the hillside above the North Saskatchewan River Valley, featuring a spacious glass atrium with views across the river landscape. The centre offers more than 150,000 square feet of flexible space for conventions, conferences, exhibitions, banquets, concerts and other large events. Its combined exhibition halls provide around 80,000 square feet of space, with the largest configuration accommodating more than 5,000 visitors.
Inside, the venue is designed to adapt to events ranging from smaller meetings to major productions. Visitors benefit from modern audiovisual capabilities, accessible facilities and on-site catering, while the open atrium gives the building a distinctive sense of space and natural light.
The centre is located at 9797 Jasper Ave, Edmonton, Canada. The main entrance is accessible from Jasper Avenue, where a passenger drop-off zone is available, while the underground Canada Place parkade is connected to the venue by an enclosed pedestrian walkway. Central LRT station is the closest rail stop and also provides underground pedestrian access toward the centre.
