Kaisersaal - Erfurt combines a historic setting with the functionality of a modern congress and event venue. At the heart of the complex is an impressive historic hall with two gallery levels, complemented by six additional salons, a garden and medieval cellar spaces that allow the venue to accommodate a wide range of event formats. The main hall covers approximately 699 m² and, depending on the configuration, can host up to 596 guests in theatre-style seating or as many as 1,000 people for standing receptions.
Inside, the representative historic character is supported by modern event infrastructure. Professional sound equipment, lighting, projection technology and a permanently installed stage make the venue suitable for concerts, conferences, gala evenings and other programmes, while air conditioning, lift access and flexible seating arrangements contribute to visitor comfort. The venue also operates its own catering services, allowing food and beverage arrangements to be integrated directly into an event.
Kaisersaal is located at Futterstraße 15/16, 99084 Erfurt, Germany. The public car park at Hotel Am Kaisersaal is situated diagonally opposite the venue, while the Stadtmuseum/Kaisersaal tram stop is approximately 100 metres away and is served by lines 1 and 5. From the stop, the entrance can be reached within a few minutes on foot.
