Jamsil Arena, also known as Jamsil Indoor Stadium, is a multi-purpose indoor arena within the Seoul Sports Complex. Opened in 1979, it has long been one of Seoul’s recognizable venues for basketball, concerts and large-scale entertainment events. For basketball, the arena accommodates approximately 11,000 spectators, while its seating arranged around the central floor creates clear sightlines and the energetic atmosphere associated with major indoor arenas.
Inside, steep stands and a relatively compact seating bowl keep spectators visually close to the court or concert stage. The enclosed layout contributes to an immersive sound experience, while seating configurations, food and beverage options and other visitor facilities may vary according to the event and production setup.
The arena is located at 25 Olympic-ro, Seoul, South Korea, within the Seoul Sports Complex. Visitors arriving by public transport can use Sports Complex Station on Lines 2 and 9; exits 6 and 7 lead directly toward the complex, with pedestrian signs guiding visitors to the arena entrances. Parking is also available within the sports complex for those arriving by car.
