Bielskie Centrum Kultury is one of Bielsko-Biała’s key cultural venues, housed in a building with a concert tradition stretching back more than a century. Renovation preserved elements of its historic character while introducing modern stage technology. The main concert hall, including its balcony, offers 624 seated places and hosts concerts, theatre productions, ceremonial events and a wide range of other cultural programmes.
The interior combines the traditional atmosphere of a concert hall with contemporary facilities. The venue is air-conditioned and the auditorium is equipped with professional sound and lighting systems, a concert organ and two Steinway & Sons Model D concert grand pianos. A spacious foyer and supporting facilities provide a comfortable setting before performances and during intervals.
Address: ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 27, Bielsko-Biała, Poland. The entrance to the concert section is located on the side facing Juliusza Słowackiego Park and provides step-free access. The Piastowska Dworzec and Piastowska Lubertowicza bus stops are close to the venue, while parking spaces are also available in the surrounding area.
