Nin Schools 2025: competition of chocolatiers, preservation of tradition and promotion of indigenous delicacies

Contestants from Nin and the surrounding areas are diligently working on their šokolas, adhering to family recipes and techniques passed down from generation to generation. The participation of 41 šokolari from 12 different locations is expected, which attests to the widespread nature and importance of this tradition in the Nin region.
