Arriving by car and parking
The stadium's address is One MetLife Stadium Drive, East Rutherford, NJ 07073. Parking lots open at 3:00 PM. Arriving before that time is not recommended because vehicles may be redirected away from roads leading to the complex. Toward the end of the afternoon, traffic is expected to slow on the approaches to the Meadowlands Sports Complex.
