How to get to Carson Park

A parking area for bicycles and electric scooters will be available in front of the Chippewa Valley Railroad at 811 Carson Park Drive on a first-come, first-served basis.
On-site parking sold out in advance, and no additional spaces will be available on the day of the festival. Visitors should not drive directly toward the entrance expecting to find free parking. Free parking is available at CVTC, 613 W Clairemont Avenue, where free shuttle buses will begin operating at 11:00 a.m. and continue circulating between the parking lot and the festival throughout the day.
A designated ride-service zone will be located at 711 Lake Street, near the intersection of Lake Street and West Grand Avenue. The same location will be used after the program ends. The heaviest congestion is expected between 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and after the final performance.

The box office opens at 11:00 a.m., and the gates open at 11:30 a.m. Eaux Claires is an all-ages event, and children under the age of 10 may enter without their own ticket when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Re-entry on the same day is permitted with a digital ticket or festival wristband.
All bags will be inspected upon entry. The maximum permitted bag size is 18 x 13 x 8.5 inches. Empty reusable bottles and hydration packs are permitted, but they must contain no liquid upon entry. Visitors may bring a blanket or towel measuring up to 50 x 70 inches, a small camera without an interchangeable lens, a portable battery, and sunscreen in a non-aerosol container of up to 3.4 ounces.
Chairs, umbrellas, coolers, glass containers, professional photography and audio equipment, drones, outside food and drinks, and pets are not permitted, except for service animals. The festival will take place rain or shine, and in the event of extreme weather, the organizers will notify visitors. Payments at the venue will be cashless.
For a July day outdoors, a hat, comfortable footwear, a phone charger, and an empty water bottle are useful. Sunscreen must comply with the entry rules, while an umbrella should be replaced with a lightweight raincoat. The schedule and rules may change, so they should be checked immediately before departure.
Who Eaux Claires still makes sense for
Longtime Daniel Caesar fans should view this event as a festival without his performance, not as an opportunity for a shortened set, guest appearance, or surprise. If his concert was the only reason for buying a ticket, the current lineup does not offer what was originally expected.
For audiences interested in alternative R&B, indie-pop, ambient music, jazz, and local music scenes, Saturday nevertheless remains diverse in content. Samia brings intimate songwriting within an indie-pop framework, Dijon closes the evening, and the earlier time slots allow for a progression from atmospheric performances to more dance-oriented and rhythmic groups.
