From Brighton railway station, visitors should allow approximately 20 minutes to walk through the city center toward the seafront. For visitors arriving from other British cities, the train is more practical than a car, particularly because of congestion after the program finishes.
The nearest bus stops are on Marine Parade. There is a public bicycle-locking area on Madeira Drive, but bicycles remain the owners' responsibility. No organized festival shuttle is planned.
Arriving by car is not recommended. There is no parking intended for the event, and temporary restrictions and traffic controls apply on Madeira Drive and the surrounding streets. Dropping off or collecting passengers is not permitted on Madeira Drive or at the junction by the Pier and the Aquarium. After the event, additional road closures may be introduced between that junction and Dukes Mound, so taxis should be found at city taxi ranks outside the immediate event area.
