Arrival, parking and transport
The complex is located at 108 Avenue of the Pines, Saratoga Springs, New York 12866. The main vehicle entrance is located by Route 50. Visitors should expect heavier traffic before the start and after the end, when a large number of vehicles join the same roads at the same time.
The main parking areas are located on both sides of Route 50. The east parking area is closer to the entrance, while visitors from the west side cross a pedestrian bridge. Accessible spaces are available, subject to availability. Parking for concert events is charged, and payment at the venue is made by card.
During the summer season, the Saratoga Trolley, route 875, runs through the city. In 2026, it operates from Wednesday to Sunday between 12:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., every 30 minutes, connecting Broadway, Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Spa State Park and SPAC. The ride is free. Because the concert may end after 10:00 p.m., the trolley should not be the only plan for the return journey.
Saratoga Springs railway station is located at 26 Station Lane, north of SPAC. The passenger drop-off and pick-up zone is located by 400 Ballston Avenue. It is useful to agree on a meeting point after the concert before entering.

Entry rules
Small purses, handbags or waist bags up to 6 x 9 inches are permitted, as are transparent plastic bags up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches. Larger bags and backpacks are not permitted. This is important for travellers arriving directly from the city or the railway station because they may not be able to bring their luggage inside.
Small blankets, personal umbrellas without a pointed tip, binoculars and non-professional cameras without interchangeable lenses may be brought in. Water is permitted as an empty bottle or a factory-sealed bottle within the prescribed size limit. Food must be in a transparent resealable bag.
Personal lawn chairs are not permitted at this type of concert event. At most performances, chairs can be rented and returned after the event. Alcohol, glass containers, cans, coolers, selfie sticks, tablets, laser pointers, fireworks and weapons are prohibited. The rules may be adjusted on the day of the event, so it is best to bring only what is necessary. Sales points inside the venue accept cards, not cash.
