IVE returns to Hong Kong with the "SHOW WHAT I AM" tour
IVE is coming to AsiaWorld-Arena (Hall 1) in Hong Kong on Friday, September 4, 2026, with the first of three consecutive concerts beginning at 20:00. The Saturday and Sunday shows, on September 5 and 6, are scheduled for 18:00. Three nights in the same arena give the Hong Kong stop greater weight than a typical one-day appearance and make it one of the key Asian stops on the current "SHOW WHAT I AM" tour.
For audiences who have followed IVE from "ELEVEN", "LOVE DIVE" and "After LIKE" through to the group's more recent phases, this concert combines two reasons to attend. The first is a catalog of hits that has taken the group into the biggest arenas within just a few years. The second is the current phase of their career, marked by the second studio album "REVIVE+" and the Japanese EP "LUCID DREAM", alongside a tour that increasingly emphasizes the individual identity of the six members as well as their performance together.

From "SHOW WHAT I HAVE" to "SHOW WHAT I AM"
IVE consists of ANYUJIN, GAEUL, REI, JANGWONYOUNG, LIZ and LEESEO. The group debuted in late 2021 and quickly developed a recognizable combination of polished pop, powerful choruses and choreography that works both in short television formats and on a large concert stage. "LOVE DIVE", "After LIKE" and "I AM" remain among the songs that most clearly explain why IVE has emerged as one of the leading female K-pop groups of its generation.
The first world tour, "SHOW WHAT I HAVE", connected the group with more than 420,000 attendees across 19 countries. Hong Kong was already part of that story: IVE performed at AsiaWorld-Arena on July 6 and 7, 2024. Returning to the same venue two years later, now with three consecutive concerts, is a good indication of how important the local audience has become in tour planning.
"SHOW WHAT I AM" opened with three concerts at Seoul's KSPO DOME from October 31 to November 2, 2025. After the opening in Seoul and a series of international dates, the tour passed through North America during the summer of 2026. Hong Kong therefore does not come at the beginning of the cycle, but after months during which the production has already been performed in front of different arena audiences.
The tour's name also follows the group's musical shift. IVE's earlier work was often focused on confidence and individuality, while during the presentation of the "REVIVE+" album the members spoke about expanding the story from "I" toward "we". That is important context for the concert: the members' solo segments and individual colors do not stand apart from the group, but instead serve as a contrast to the shared songs and big choruses.
"REVIVE+" and the latest musical phase
The second studio album, "REVIVE+", was released on February 23, 2026 and contains 12 songs. "BANG BANG" arrived as the pre-release single, while "BLACKHOLE" served as the album's lead track. Sonically, those two songs illustrate the breadth of the current phase well: "BANG BANG" relies on EDM and electronic energy suited to a large stage, while "BLACKHOLE" uses a shuffle rhythm and a cinematic, spacious sound.
The second half of the album is particularly important for the concert format because it brings solo songs from all six members. Wonyoung performs "8", Rei "In Your Heart", Liz "Unreal", Gaeul "Odd", Leeseo "Super ICY", and Yujin "Force". These songs had already been part of the concert concept, so the album does not feel like a project that was subsequently adapted to the tour - some of the material was clearly conceived with a large stage in mind.
The Korean album was followed by JAPAN 4th EP "LUCID DREAM", released on May 27, 2026. The new Japanese songs include "LUCID DREAM", "Fashion" and "JIGSAW", alongside Japanese versions of earlier tracks. At the beginning of July, "LUCID DREAM (Shin Sakiura Remix)" was also released, featuring a future-funk rhythm and more pronounced dance energy. This means that IVE arrives in Hong Kong at a time when the catalog has expanded again, although the newer Japanese material should not automatically be expected in the Hong Kong set if it has not been confirmed for that evening.
What previous concerts reveal about the setlist
It is not reasonable to publish a "guaranteed" setlist for the Hong Kong concert in advance. Tour setlists can change between continents, so previous shows are useful only as a guide.
At the concert in Toronto on July 21, 2026, a 27-song program was recorded. Earlier in the evening, "GOTCHA (Baddest Eros)", "XOXZ", "Baddie", "Ice Queen", "BLACKHOLE", "TKO", "Holy Moly" and "My Satisfaction" appeared. This was followed by a block of solo songs by the six members, while the final part of the main set brought together recognizable titles such as "ATTITUDE", "LOVE DIVE", "REBEL HEART", "I AM" and "BANG BANG". "Wild Bird", "Supernova Love", "Kitsch" and "After LIKE" also appeared afterward.
A similar structure was already visible at the opening of the tour in Seoul: the concert was divided into multiple acts, with clear transitions between group songs, individual performances and a closing sequence of the biggest hits. For audiences, that is more useful information than guessing the exact order in Hong Kong. A format can be expected that gives space to choreography, vocal differences between the members and major group songs, but the final selection of tracks remains specific to the particular evening.
Such a setlist is particularly well suited to two groups of visitors. Long-time DIVE fans get deep cuts, solo material and songs from multiple phases of the discography, while audiences who mainly know the singles receive enough big choruses that the concert does not depend on knowing every album. That balance between content for the most devoted fans and a broadly accessible pop concert is one of the stronger aspects of the current tour.
AsiaWorld-Arena is an important part of the experience
AsiaWorld-Arena (Hall 1) has 10,880 square meters of floor space and a ceiling height of 19 meters. The venue is column-free, giving the production considerable freedom in positioning the stage and lighting. According to the venue's capacity table, a theater configuration accommodates around 12,500 spectators, while a setup with a standing area can reach 14,000. A seated configuration is listed for IVE, so the actual sense of proximity to the stage will depend primarily on the section and the final stage layout.
The arena's acoustic renovation is also important for concert sound. After measurements and computer modeling, Arup identified the sources of excessive reflections and reverberation, and sound-absorbing panels were installed at key locations. In a K-pop production, where dense electronic arrangements, vocals, bass and highly precise transitions alternate within the same song, that kind of reverberation control is not a minor detail.
The arena is large enough to support a production with stadium-level intensity, but it is not a stadium where the most distant seats are hundreds of meters from the performers. Nevertheless, visitors should keep in mind that this is a large indoor arena, not an intimate club venue. The visual side of the concert, video screens and choreography therefore play a major role in how the performance reaches the rear sections.

How to get to AsiaWorld-Expo
The complex is located next to Hong Kong International Airport on Lantau Island and has its own AsiaWorld-Expo station on the Airport Express line. This makes it unusually convenient for visitors arriving in Hong Kong by air, while also making it easily accessible from central parts of the city.
- Airport Express: the journey from Hong Kong Station to AsiaWorld-Expo takes around 28 minutes, from Kowloon Station around 25 minutes, from Tsing Yi around 18 minutes, and from Airport Station around 2 minutes.
- Returning after the concert: according to the timetable effective from June 1, 2026, the final Airport Express from AsiaWorld-Expo toward the city departs at 00:45. The schedule should be checked again on the day of the event because additional capacity may be added or operating details may change for heavily attended events.
- Buses: AsiaWorld-Expo is connected by routes from Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and Tung Chung. Stops are located on Airport Expo Blvd and at the SKYCITY Transport Terminal, and some routes operate only at certain times.
- Taxi: the taxi stand is by the main entrance, and the venue is served by red Urban and blue Lantau taxis.
- Car: two nearby public car parks are 11 SKIES North Carpark and 11 SKIES South Carpark, both open 24 hours. For major concerts, it is sensible to check any special traffic instructions for that day before departure.
For travelers staying in Central or Kowloon, the train is the simplest option because it avoids road congestion and ends directly at the complex. Visitors arriving by plane on the same day have an even simpler connection: Airport Station and AsiaWorld-Expo Station are separated by only a short Airport Express ride.
Planning the evening in Hong Kong
The first concert begins at 20:00, but the door-opening time for this evening is not stated in the currently available information checked for this guide. It is therefore not advisable to rely on the schedule from IVE's previous Hong Kong appearance.
It is more practical to plan to arrive with enough time for entrance checks, finding the correct section and possible queues within the complex. If arriving from central Hong Kong, the return train should also be included in the plan, especially if the intention is to remain in the airport or SKYCITY area after the concert. Those arriving from other countries can combine the date with a short stay in the city without needing a lengthy transfer to the venue, precisely because AsiaWorld-Expo is immediately next to the international airport.
There is no need to invent special guests, a support act or a performance duration for this concert: such details have not been confirmed in the currently published information. What is clear is that "SHOW WHAT I AM" already has a well-developed concert identity, that the new album gives substantial space to all of the members and that Hong Kong is receiving three consecutive nights in an arena where IVE has already performed.
