An additional train from Schaffhausen to Zürich HB via Winterthur has been announced for the festival Wednesday at 00:10. Since the end of Kravitz's slot is currently listed at around 23:30, this departure may be useful, but it does not leave much time to remain at the venue after the concert. The platform, any necessary changes and the onward connection from Zürich to the final destination should be checked in advance.

Visitors arriving by car are advised to use Parkhaus Bahnhof. Additional public parking areas are located in the Breite area near Zeughaus, from where bus lines 3, 4 and 7 travel toward the station at intervals of approximately ten minutes. Parking in the center may be heavily occupied because of the sold-out evening, so arriving immediately before Kravitz is not a good plan.

The Welcome Desk at Fronwagplatz opens at 16:00. Tickets can be exchanged for festival wristbands at the designated locations near the entrances, and between 16:00 and 17:00 also at the point beside Fronwagplatz.
