How to get to L'Asse
The simplest starting point for many travelers is Nyon railway station. During the festival, NStCM, recognizable as the "little red train", operates an enhanced timetable toward L'Asse station, located close to the festival entrance. Travel between Nyon and L'Asse is free on concert evenings for people holding a festival ticket.
- By train: travel to Nyon station, then use NStCM toward L'Asse. Additional connections are introduced for the return journey to Nyon and then onward to larger cities.
- On foot: the prepared and illuminated route between Nyon station and the festival takes approximately half an hour.
- By bicycle: for 2026, the festival lists capacity for 1,400 bicycles in designated parking areas. Bicycles are not permitted on the festival's NStCM shuttle trains.
- By car from the direction of Lausanne: exit Gland, number 12, is recommended because the Nyon exit may be congested.
- By car from the direction of Geneva: exit Nyon, number 11, is recommended, while following temporary signs and on-site instructions.
Parking areas beside the festival are free, but they may be closed in the event of heavy rain. Alternative locations in Nyon and the surrounding area are then used, together with shuttle transport. Parking outside the marked zones is not a good substitute, because vehicles may be removed. After the final concert on the Grande ScĂšne ends, a large number of people leave at the same time, so drivers should expect delays when exiting.
Travelers should check the final connections after midnight and leave extra time for the transfer from L'Asse to Nyon station.
Nyon as a base for a concert trip
Nyon is a town on the shore of Lake Geneva in the canton of Vaud, with a historic center, a castle, Roman remains, and waterfront promenades. Visitors arriving earlier can combine the festival day with a short walk through the old town or along the shore, but they should leave enough time to return to the station and travel toward L'Asse.

Light layers of clothing, rain protection that complies with the entry rules, comfortable footwear, and a fully charged phone battery are more useful than items that will remain in a bag throughout the evening.
