Drivers should expect congestion on Causeway Street, Nashua Street and Merrimac Street before the doors open and immediately after the program ends. If the accommodation is not far from the Orange or Green Line, public transportation is often simpler than entering and leaving the garage together with thousands of other visitors.
The North End, West End, Beacon Hill and Government Center areas are nearby. Visitors arriving in Boston earlier can combine the concert with dinner in the North End or a walk toward the historic center, and then continue to the arena on foot.
