Arriving by car and parking
Driving directly to the stadium requires more planning. Parking in the immediate vicinity is not available without a parking permit reserved in advance. This applies to the main P A, P B and P C areas, as well as several partner garages. Because of the limited number of spaces and the expected heavy traffic, public transport is a more reliable option for most visitors.
A Kiss & Ride zone in the Waldparkplatz area is provided for briefly dropping off passengers and is available from 14:30. Automatic number-plate recognition is used there, so the vehicle must leave the zone immediately after passengers have been dropped off. Visitors arriving by car should also expect a slower departure after the concert, when tens of thousands of people move toward the roads and stations at the same time.
Frankfurt is well connected for international visitors. The main railway station provides fast connections to the stadium, while the airport is located on the same S-Bahn axis.
