- São Bento is approximately 1.7 kilometres from the arena, making it convenient for visitors arriving in Porto by train.
- The Palácio de Cristal underground car park has 453 spaces and operates 24 hours a day, but visitors should not rely on arriving at the last minute on the evening of the concert.
- The event has an M/06 age rating.
