Although the concert days are Friday and Saturday, the camping package covers three nights - from the day before the first festival day until the morning after it ends. Camp check-in is scheduled for Thursday from 8:00 AM to midnight and Friday from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. The campground must be vacated by noon on Sunday.
There are RV camping and car + tent options, and each campsite includes one vehicle and one camping unit. Additional vehicles use separate parking. It is important to know that once a vehicle has been parked inside the campground, it cannot freely leave and return during the weekend. Campers, however, may walk between the campground and festival grounds with the appropriate wristband.
The campground has access to food, a general store and additional programming in the Fan Zone. Showers are available for an additional fee. Quiet hours also apply in the campground from 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM, and open fires, fireworks, drones, weapons and motorized vehicles such as golf carts and ATVs are not permitted.
What to bring and what to leave outside the festival grounds
The entry rules are specific enough that they are worth checking before departure. Each person may bring one standard folding chair without a bag or cover. An empty reusable plastic bottle, two factory-sealed bottles of water per person, a mobile phone, portable charger, non-aerosol sunscreen and an empty soft-sided personal-size cooler are permitted. Outside food and beverages, metal cups and metal koozie holders, tents and umbrellas, wagons, professional cameras and video equipment, fireworks, lasers, chains, weapons and illegal substances are not permitted. The festival is cashless. Payment is available by cards, contactless methods and registered RFID wristbands. Free water stations are located throughout the festival grounds, which is practically important at an event that lasts most of the day outdoors.
Parking, rideshare and re-entry
