Different parking areas use different exits: Belmont Park Garage via exit 26A, the Silver, Diamond and Ruby areas via exit 26B, and Emerald Parking via exit 26D. Visitors should know in advance which parking area their space is located in, because taking the wrong exit may mean additional driving through heavy traffic.

Parking on surrounding residential streets is often prohibited. Therefore, visitors should not rely on finding a free space in the neighbourhood. After the concert, delays may occur when leaving the complex, particularly when a large number of vehicles head toward Cross Island Parkway at the same time.

For drivers, the most important thing is to arrive earlier than they would by train. A start time of 8:30 p.m. does not mean that arriving in front of the arena only a few minutes earlier is sufficient. Accessing the parking area, walking, bag screening and finding the seat may take time.

Rules for bags and items

UBS Arena permits bags with maximum dimensions of 12 x 12 x 6 inches, or approximately 30 x 30 x 15 centimetres. All bags are subject to inspection. Backpacks are not permitted, regardless of size. Medical bags and baby bags may be brought inside after inspection.

Professional photographic equipment with detachable lenses, audio or video recording devices, selfie sticks, laptop computers, bottles, cans, outside food and drink and large umbrellas are among the prohibited items.
