Shakira is coming to Barclays Center with the "Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour 2026", a concert chapter that combines Latin pop, rock energy, dance music and songs from a period in which she transformed personal change into new creative momentum. Passengers arriving from Long Island can get off at Atlantic Terminal across from the venue. According to the arena's information, the journey between Jamaica Station and Atlantic Terminal takes approximately 20 minutes. The MTA recommends checking the current schedule and possible changes before departure, particularly for the return journey late at night.
After the concert, visitors should expect crowds at the exits and platforms. It is useful to save the return route in advance because the mobile signal may be slower in a large crowd.
Arriving by car and parking
Driving is possible from Manhattan via the Manhattan Bridge or Brooklyn Bridge, from Queens and Long Island via the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, and from Staten Island and southern Brooklyn via I-278. Traffic around Atlantic Avenue and Flatbush Avenue can be heavy before and after events.
The arena directs drivers to reserve parking in the surrounding area in advance. This is not an isolated stadium with a large private car park, so searching for a space immediately before the start may extend the arrival time. Visitors should allow extra time for traffic, the walk from the garage and the security screening.
Entry rules to check before departure
Barclays Center applies a no-re-entry policy. Once a visitor leaves the arena, returning with the same ticket is not permitted. Before passing through security, visitors should check that their phone, documents and necessary personal belongings are at hand.
Bags larger than 10 x 6 x 2 inches are not permitted, nor are hard-sided bags. The arena does not offer storage for unacceptable bags, so it is best to arrive without a bag or with a very small model. All bags are screened, which may slow down entry.
