Tomorrowland in Boom: guide to the final Sunday
Tomorrowland returns to Provinciaal Recreatiedomein De Schorre in Boom on July 26, 2026, for the final day of the festival's second weekend. The Sunday program begins at 12:00 and lasts until midnight. It is a day when widely popular festival house, drum and bass, hard techno and a major finale on the Mainstage come together in the same venue.
The festival is not designed as one long concert. De Schorre is transformed into a network of stages, gastronomic points and scenic environments, so visitors choose both the performers and the way they move through the day.

Tickets for this event were in extremely high demand, and Tomorrowland announced that the 2026 edition was sold out. Visitors who already have a ticket should check whether it is registered in their name and whether the wristband has been activated before arrival.
Why Tomorrowland is different from a traditional EDM festival
Tomorrowland was launched in Boom in 2005, but its identity today is not based solely on the names of DJs. Each edition builds a separate fictional world, and its theme is carried through the stage design, narrative, performers' costumes, festival application and the way the stages are designed. In 2026, that world is called "Consciencia" and develops a story around six fundamental emotions: wonder, love, anger, joy, desire and sadness.
At the center of this concept is a Mainstage more than 43 meters high and 140 meters wide. The structure includes 56 lasers, 38 fountains, two waterfalls and six monumental heads representing the emotions from the "Consciencia" story. The Mainstage is therefore experienced as a scenic object that changes with daylight, music and water effects.
Around 400,000 visitors from more than 200 countries are expected over the two weekends. This international structure of the audience is an important part of the experience. Dozens of languages can be heard throughout the venue, while flags and festival clothing become a way of meeting people, although the 2026 rules prohibit objects with political messages, symbols of conflict and content that may be discriminatory or provocative.
Final Sunday schedule on the Mainstage
The published schedule for the final Sunday creates a clear progression from afternoon house toward harder styles and then to a melodic finale. The first listed performance on the Mainstage begins at 14:35, while the festival opens at noon.

Odd Mob, CYRIL and Lucas & Steve open the main part of the day with more accessible house and dance sounds. Chase & Status then bring drum and bass energy that differs significantly from the standard four-on-the-floor rhythm of the Mainstage. Sara Landry moves the program toward hard techno, after which Afrojack and R3HAB perform together in a b2b format.
The final block returns to a melodic and large-scale festival sound. Lost Frequencies connects house with pop structure, Steve Aoki performs before the final set, and Martin Garrix closes the Mainstage from 22:50. Since the Sunday program ends at midnight, there is no time for a late return to other stages after his set.
What happens beyond the Mainstage
The 2026 edition distributes more than 500 performers across 16 stages during both weekends. The program is not limited to commercial EDM. Atmosphere is focused on techno, while Melodia is presented as a stage dedicated to afro house. Freedom and The Great Library offer additional major programs, so their schedules should be compared with the Mainstage.
For a one-day visitor, the greatest challenge is overlapping schedules. It is more practical to choose two or three key performances and leave a free block for smaller stages. The festival application contains the schedule, map and notifications.
It is worth marking priority performers in advance. At a venue with many parallel programs, spaces near popular stages fill quickly, especially before evening performances.
De Schorre and the open-air festival experience
De Schorre is a recreational area in Boom, a town between Antwerp and Brussels. During the festival, it is not a single flat concert area. Stages, passageways, hospitality zones and installations are arranged so that each transition may take longer than it appears on the map, especially when the audience moves after a major set has ended.
The Mainstage is the visual center, but part of Tomorrowland's identity is created on smaller stages, where the musical direction can change completely after only a few minutes of walking.
Lockers of different sizes, free toilets, refreshment zones, information points and paid phone-charging stations are available at the venue. The festival is cashless: the wristband serves as the ticket and the only means of paying for food and drinks, while the balance is maintained in the "Pearls" currency.
Food, drinks and additional experiences
The offering is not limited to standard festival points. For 2026, the Brasa BBQ Experience, Tomorrowland Dining Experience with dishes developed by Michelin-starred chefs and the Belgian Classics Experience have been announced. These activities are part of the additional offering, so availability should be checked in advance.
Visitors who do not want to tie their day to a reserved time slot can use the regular food & drink zones at the venue. Bringing personal food and drinks into the festival area is not permitted. This rule distinguishes Tomorrowland from DreamVille, where separate rules on quantities of food and sealed drinks apply to campers.
One-day, weekend and Comfort offers
A Day Pass provides access to Tomorrowland during one selected day. For July 26, this means admission on Sunday and staying until closing at midnight. Leaving is final: after departing the venue, re-entry on the same day is not permitted.
A Full Madness Pass covers Friday, Saturday and Sunday of one weekend. After leaving, there is no return on the same day, but the ticket becomes valid again the following day.
The one-day offer has three levels:
- Day Pass: access to the festival for one day.
- Pleasure Pass: access to the festival and Comfort zones beside The Great Library and Freedom, without the Mainstage Comfort zone.
- Comfort Pass: access to the festival and Comfort zones beside the Mainstage, The Great Library and Freedom.
Comfort zones have separate bars, while the Mainstage Comfort area also has its own toilets, a wristband top-up point and small snacks. The difference lies in the zones and infrastructure, not in a separate program.
Hospitality packages beside the Mainstage are also available for groups and business guests, with Rose Lounge, Skybox and Orchid Lounge spaces.
DreamVille is a campsite intended for guests with the appropriate packages and is not included with an ordinary one-day ticket. Accommodation options include Magnificent Greens for personal camping equipment, Camp2Camp with prepared equipment, Friendship Garden for a group of 10 friends, Easy Tents with a pre-pitched tent and the more comfortable Montagoe units. Camping should not be assumed to be part of a Sunday Day Pass.
Getting to Boom by train, bus, bicycle or car
Boom is located between Antwerp and Brussels, but the best way to arrive depends on where the visitor is staying. The organizers recommend the train for guests from Antwerp, public buses from Mechelen and festival shuttles from Brussels. For visitors staying near Boom or Rumst, cycling is the closest way to reach the entrance.
The walk from Boom railway station to the festival venue takes approximately 20 minutes. Additional night trains run to Antwerpen-Centraal after each festival day, but without connections to other cities. Passengers should therefore check their onward journey and not rely on usual late-night connections. The train ticket must be purchased in advance because it is not sold at the venue.
A direct bus connection from Mechelen takes about 45 minutes, and additional departures are added after the program. Shuttle options are available from Brussels, several Belgian and Dutch cities and selected airports toward DreamVille.
Visitors arriving by car should expect diversions. De Schorre is located between the E19 and A12 motorways, but because of road closures, the recommendation is to follow the temporary festival and parking signs rather than navigation. Parking is reserved as an add-on. Only brief drop-off and pick-up are permitted in the Kiss & Ride zone, not parking.
- Train: Boom station, then approximately 20 minutes on foot.
- Bicycle: free and supervised parking near the entrance.
- Bus: connections from Mechelen and shuttle departures from several cities.
- Car: follow festival signs because of closed roads.
- Taxi and Kiss & Ride: use the designated zone near the entrance.
Admission, wristband and time-saving rules
On Sunday, the festival can be entered from 12:00 to 21:00. After 21:00, access is denied even with a valid wristband, so arriving late is not a good option for visitors targeting only the final performances. The ticket must be registered in the name of the person entering.
The wristband has two functions: it opens the entrance and serves as a means of payment. It can be topped up in advance with the "Pearls" currency. The unused amount, excluding bonus funds, may be reclaimed after the festival in accordance with the refund rules.
The minimum admission age is 18. People born in 2008 may enter even if they celebrate their eighteenth birthday after the festival, while people born in 2009 or later cannot enter even when accompanied by an adult.
Bags are inspected at the entrance. Small bags and small backpacks are permitted, while medium and large bags are not allowed. Prohibited items include personal food and drinks, glass, cans, plastic bottles, drones, pyrotechnics, weapons, aerosols, liquids and semi-professional or professional photographic equipment. Deodorant or perfume in packaging larger than 100 ml is also not permitted.
Medication may be brought in with a medical certificate. A medical team and doctor are present at the venue during operating hours. Adapted information and the possibility of requesting reserved parking in advance for holders of a blue parking card are available for visitors with disabilities.
How to create a realistic plan for the final Sunday
Arriving around opening time leaves time to enter without pressure, become familiar with the venue and make the first wristband top-up before the evening crowds. A visitor who wants to follow the entire Mainstage program can secure a good position before Odd Mob, but this means missing a large part of the parallel offering. A more flexible plan includes early exploration, returning for Chase & Status or Sara Landry and staying for the final three sets.
It is advisable to agree in advance on a precise meeting point, not merely the name of a stage. A locker reduces the need to carry belongings, while phone charging is available at the venue.
For future editions, it is worth securing tickets in time. Tomorrowland brings together an audience from more than 200 countries, while one-day options make it possible to select a specific program without committing to the entire weekend. For a visitor with a ticket for July 26, three things are essential: arrive before admission closes at 21:00, do not leave the venue before the desired program has ended and arrange the return journey from Boom after midnight in advance.
