Lincoln Red Imps vs Omonia: guide to the first leg of the third qualifying round

Henning Berg's team therefore enter this tie as favourites because of their squad depth and experience, but they cannot afford to relax after the exhausting elimination by Kairat.

It is therefore sensible to check temporary signage before entering the stadium area and allow enough time to walk from a more distant car park.

Omonia come from a club accustomed to much larger stands and intense pressure from their own supporters, but in Gibraltar they will have to adapt to a match without the usual distance between the pitch and the spectators.

Bernardo Lopes leads Lincoln from the centre of defence. His communication will be decisive when Omonia begin switching positions behind the striker and sending their full-backs high.

Muamer Tanković is most dangerous when he receives the ball between the lines. Lincoln must prevent him from turning to face the goal, because he can then choose between a final pass, a shot or a switch of play.
