PSG rejects Dinamo's first offer for Noah Nsoki, negotiations continue
Paris Saint-Germain has rejected Dinamo's first official offer for 19-year-old attacking player Noah Nsoki, meaning that the transfer of one of the more prominent young players from the Parisian academy remains open for now. According to information published by Sportske novosti on July 28, 2026, the Zagreb club offered 700,000 euros and ten percent of any future sale, while the French champion is asking for approximately 1.5 million euros and twice as large a share in the next transfer. The difference between the two initial positions is therefore not only 800,000 euros in a fixed transfer fee, but also includes ten percentage points in a clause that could bring PSG additional earnings if Nsoki later completes another transfer. The rejection of the first offer does not mean that the deal has collapsed, but it confirms that the clubs have not yet found a financial framework acceptable to both sides. Neither Dinamo nor PSG has officially announced so far that the transfer has been agreed.
Large difference between the offer and PSG's demands
According to the same source, Dinamo knew after earlier talks what initial price the Parisian club had set, but decided to submit a significantly lower proposal. The offer of 700,000 euros with ten percent of a future sale shows that the Zagreb side wants to retain control over the total cost of the deal, especially because this is a player with very little experience in senior football. At this moment, it is not known how far the two sides are prepared to move away from their initial positions. PSG has no immediate need to accept the first offer because Nsoki is under contract until June 2027, while Dinamo can argue that the player is entering the final year of his contractual relationship and needs regular senior playing time to continue his development. It is precisely this timeframe that creates room for negotiations: the Parisians want to avoid his departure for a significantly lower amount at a later stage, while the Zagreb club is trying not to pay a price that would be too high for a footballer with only two official appearances for the first team. The balance between the guaranteed transfer fee and potential add-ons will be crucial, because the difference can also be reduced without fully accepting the demands of either side. Until a club agreement is reached and all formal steps are completed, Nsoki remains a Paris Saint-Germain player.
Nsoki chose Dinamo's project, but that is not enough for the transfer
The French sports daily L'Équipe reported on July 18 that Noah Nsoki had chosen Dinamo's project, although he was also wanted by Portugal's Vitória de Guimarães. That information is important for the Zagreb club because it shows that the personal sporting plan and possible terms of cooperation are not the main obstacle in the deal. According to reports in the Croatian media, the player's father and representative previously stayed in Zagreb, where they were presented with the development path that Nsoki could have at Dinamo. However, L'Équipe stressed from the beginning that the departure depended on an agreement between the two clubs. The player's decision therefore gives Dinamo a negotiating advantage over other interested clubs, but PSG still decides under which financial conditions it is prepared to release the player.
For Nsoki, the choice of his next club is particularly important because he is in a transitional phase between elite youth football and regular senior competition. At PSG, he had the opportunity to train and play alongside one of the most expensive and competitive teams in Europe, but the path to continuous playing time is exceptionally demanding. Dinamo can offer him a different model: earlier inclusion in the first team, the possibility of playing in the domestic championship and European matches, and development at a club that traditionally gives opportunities to young players. Such a project nevertheless does not guarantee a place in the starting line-up, because he would also have to earn his status in Zagreb through training sessions and matches. Who is Noah Nsoki?
Noah Nsoki was born on February 20, 2007, in Tournan-en-Brieu, France, and joined the Paris Saint-Germain system in 2020. In official announcements, PSG listed him as a midfielder, while French media and statistical databases also describe him as a left winger or attacking midfielder. Sportske novosti states that Dinamo does not view him exclusively as a classic winger, but also as a player who can operate in the middle of the pitch, including in the more advanced role of a "number eight". It is precisely this tactical adaptability that increases his value, because he can offer a coach width along the touchline, movement into the half-spaces and additional mobility between midfield and attack. L'Équipe describes him as a quick attacking player who can make a difference in one-on-one situations.
In April 2025, PSG announced that Nsoki had signed a trainee, or development, contract that kept him tied to the club until June 2027. In doing so, the Parisian club secured control over one of its academy players, but could not guarantee him a rapid breakthrough into a stable senior role. During the 2025/26 season, Nsoki played for the younger age groups and the team in the development competition, while at the same time he was occasionally included in Luis Enrique's first-team squad. His profile is not based on a large sample of senior matches, but on a combination of physical abilities, dribbling, play in several attacking areas and appearances in a strong youth environment. For that reason, a potential transfer is both a sporting opportunity and a risk assessment for Dinamo.
Two appearances for PSG's first team

Such a schedule increases the need for squad decisions to be made quickly, but at the same time leaves little room for ill-considered financial moves.
