Lusail International Circuit is more than a racetrack—it’s a purpose-built motorsport venue designed for the world’s top series. Holding an FIA Grade 1 licence, it hosts events such as Formula 1 and MotoGP, backed by modern grandstands and upgraded facilities following recent renovations. Spectator capacity is around 52,000, while the Grand Prix layout runs about 5.419 km with 16 corners.
From the stands, the experience is all about speed and flow: a long main straight and sequences of fast corners keep the action constant, supported by big screens at key viewing areas. The circuit is also known for evening race programs—powerful floodlighting and well-planned fan zones make it comfortable even during long sessions, with the usual food, drink, and event-day amenities on site.
The venue is located at Al Wusail, North Relief Road, Doha, Qatar. For reaching the gates, driving is often the simplest option (with event parking available), and on major race days it’s commonly recommended to park near Lusail Metro Station and continue by the official shuttle to the circuit.
