In September 2025, the island of Brac and the town of Postira became the world center of olive growing. The prestigious Olive Oil Times, the organizer of the NYIOOC competition, is organizing the International Olive Oil Symposium for the first time in Croatia. The event brings together a global elite and puts Croatia at the top of the world map of excellence.
