Vrsaranske Goložece: Tenth Jubilee Edition of the Gourmet Event in Vrsar

The tenth jubilee edition of the gastronomic event "Vrsaranske goložece" will once again delight lovers of Istrian cuisine in Vrsar from May 2 to 16, 2025. This popular spring event offers a unique opportunity to enjoy indigenous Istrian delicacies at a promotional price of 25 euros. Seven top Vrsar restaurants will present specially created fish and meat menus, combining traditional recipes with modern culinary trends, with indispensable top Istrian wines. Visitors will be able to taste numerous specialties, from marinated sea bass and fuži with asparagus to pork fillet and traditional desserts, exploring the rich flavors of Istria.
