Rijeka gastronomic ports 2025: Rijeka celebrates top gastronomy with 42 award-winning restaurants and innovative Rijeka dice

Rijeka's gastronomic ports for 2025 were solemnly proclaimed at the Trsat Castle. This important project of the Rijeka Tourist Board, Abisal and Gastronaut portal, aims to strengthen Rijeka's gastronomic brand, highlight local ingredients and raise the quality of the offer. This year, as many as 42 restaurants proudly hold 71 titles in 11 diverse categories.

Gastronomy of Rijeka and the Rijeka Ring: authentic flavors, traditions and innovations

The project "Gastronomy of Rijeka and the Rijeka Ring" brings an innovative concept of "Rijeka Cubes", small dishes that tell the stories of the rich history of the region. Through local ingredients and traditional recipes, this project promotes authentic cuisine and prepares Kvarner for 2026, when it becomes a European region of gastronomy.
