Kielce Dance Theater

Kielce Dance Theater is one of Poland's notable centres for contemporary dance, located within a large cultural complex in the central part of Kielce. The theatre uses both a Large Stage and a Small Stage, allowing it to accommodate productions ranging from intimate choreographic projects to performances for larger audiences. The Large Stage has seating for approximately 700 visitors, arranged across the stalls, amphitheatre section, boxes and balcony.

The interior is designed for dance and other stage productions, with a dedicated performance area, professional lighting and sound systems, and seating arranged to provide clear views of the stage. Visitors have access to foyers, cloakroom facilities and other supporting amenities, while the different stage sizes create an intimate atmosphere for smaller performances and a broader visual setting for large-scale productions.

The theatre is located at pl. Stanisława Moniuszki 2B, Kielce, Poland. The entrance to the Large Stage is on the Kościuszki Street side, while the Small Stage is accessed from Winnicka Street. Parking is available beside the complex, with vehicle access from Kościuszki and Kopernika streets, and the nearest bus stops are approximately 200 metres away. Parking areas as well as taxi and ride-hailing services further simplify reaching event locations.

Before or after the event, take a walk across the main square Rynek and continue through the pedestrian zone ulica Sienkiewicza, the city’s liveliest promenade with cafés and historic façades. For a dose of nature and views, visit Park i rezervat Kadzielnia, a former quarry transformed into an impressive network of paths and lookouts.
