All were marked with the logos of reputable brands: Ray Ban, Gucci, Versace, Giorgio Armani, Roberto Cavalli, Police, Cartier, Tom Ford, Balenciaga, Prada, Michael Kors, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Hermes, FC Bayern Munich, FCB Barcelona, Juventus, Manchester United, Napoli, Paris Saint Germain (PSG), Liverpool FC, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Manchester City, Borussia Dortmund, and the national football teams of Germany and France.
There is suspicion that these products violate the provisions of the Trademark Act, as the sellers did not possess approvals from the intellectual property rights holders.
Due to the offenses described in Article 138, Paragraph 1, Point 5 of the Trademark Act, the owner of the business and the legal entity will be issued misdemeanor orders and fined a total amount of 6,600 EUR. All found counterfeit goods have been temporarily seized.
