Le Corum is a distinctive convention, cultural and exhibition complex in central Montpellier, designed by architect Claude Vasconi. The monumental building, clad in pink granite, brings together three auditoriums: the 2,000-seat Opéra Berlioz, the 745-seat Pasteur and the 318-seat Einstein. This versatile configuration allows the venue to host international congresses, conferences, concerts, opera and ballet productions, as well as other major events.
Inside, the spaces are designed for both professional gatherings and cultural performances. Opéra Berlioz is particularly suited to concerts and large-scale stage productions, while the smaller auditoriums provide a more intimate setting with good views of the stage. The complex also offers around 6,000 m² of exhibition space, more than 20 additional meeting rooms and offices, catering areas and modern technical infrastructure, making it possible to accommodate a wide range of event formats under one roof.
Le Corum is located at Esplanade Charles de Gaulle, 34000 Montpellier, France. The adjoining underground Corum car park provides around 500 spaces, while the Corum tram stop is immediately beside the complex, allowing visitors to reach the entrances with minimal walking.
