Le MeM is one of Rennes' distinctive concert venues, centred around the striking Magic Mirrors structure, which combines the character of a circular festival pavilion with the functionality of a modern live-performance hall. The space extends across more than 1,000 m² on two levels, with a mezzanine overlooking the stage, wooden flooring, mirrors and decorative details that create a distinctive atmosphere. In its concert configuration, it can accommodate up to 2,000 visitors, making it suitable for larger concerts, festivals and other events.
The interior is designed to provide an immediate live-performance experience, with different layouts available depending on the event. Visitors have access to two bars, while the complex also includes artist facilities, private lounges and outdoor areas. The Magic Mirrors is also equipped with a bio-climatisation system designed to provide more comfortable temperatures throughout the year.
Le MeM is located at Rte de Sainte-Foix, Rennes, France, in the La Piverdière area. Around 350 parking spaces are available beside the complex, while the entrance can also be reached on foot from the nearby Roazhon Park and Porte de Cleunay bus stops; Cleunay metro station is approximately a 15- to 20-minute walk away.
