Furthermore, it is known to you that police officers act on all reports submitted to them or that they come across, related to possible commission of criminal acts prosecuted by official duty or upon request, as well as violations of public order and peace, and in such cases, they take measures and actions within their jurisdiction. Although your inquiry does not specify the date of the incident, we inform you that the Karlobag Police Station, on August 5, 2024, submitted a criminal charge against a 32-year-old Polish national to the competent court, and the suspect is alleged to have committed an offense on August 5, 2024, at a beach in Karlobag, in violation of Article 14 of the Offenses Act against public order and peace.
