Oba Femi against Brock Lesnar: power inside an enclosed space
Oba Femi is 198 centimeters tall and weighs approximately 137 kilograms, and his style is based on raw power and control of space. In 2026, he won King of the Ring after two earlier NXT Championship reigns.
His SummerSlam confrontation with Brock Lesnar takes place under a Hell in a Cell stipulation, in which the ring is surrounded by a large steel structure. This is not a standard singles match: the cage limits escape, increases the isolation of the opponents, and gives the rivalry a harsher framework.
On the final Raw before SummerSlam, Triple H conducted a weigh-in that nearly ended in a confrontation. One week earlier, Femi defeated JD McDonagh. Liv Morgan, IYO SKY, and Sol Ruca

On the July 27 episode of Raw, Raquel Rodriguez defeated Sol Ruca and won the Women's Intercontinental Championship. Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez tried to influence the match, while IYO SKY came to help Ruca. Rodriguez avoided the Sol Snatcher and ended the encounter with a Tejana Bomb.
Sol Ruca is advertised for Des Moines after losing the championship. Her acrobatic style creates a different rhythm from the powerful Rodriguez, while Liv Morgan must get through her defense against IYO SKY. This opens the way for the storyline to develop, but it does not guarantee a rematch or a championship match.
Seats are disappearing quickly, and the women's division enters the evening with more unresolved conflicts than it had one week earlier.
Penta and Je'Von Evans bring high risk
Penta combines precise strikes, changes of direction, and aerial moves, while the audience recognizes the "cero miedo" sign before the first contact. As Intercontinental Champion, he defends the championship against Chad Gable at SummerSlam, a technician focused on takedowns and ground wrestling.
Penta won the championship against Dominik Mysterio and retained it in a Ladder match at WrestleMania 42 in which Je'Von Evans also participated.
On July 27, Evans earned an important victory against Rusev. He avoided the Machka Kick, responded with a stunner, and ended the match with the OG Cutter. His style is based on long leaps, sudden explosiveness, and attacks over the ropes or the barricade. The live audience therefore watches not only the center of the ring, but also the area around it.
Neither Penta nor Evans has a confirmed opponent in Des Moines. Their presence nevertheless brings content with a rhythm different from the heavyweight confrontation involving Oba Femi or the team-based power of The Vision.
The Usos, The Bloodline, and unstable alliances
Jimmy and Jey Uso have won numerous tag team championships, and their history includes The Bloodline, betrayals, and reunions. Their style is based on quick exchanges, superkicks, and dives from the top rope. In addition to synchronization, their glances and decisions outside wrestling holds are also important.

Casey's Center and essential information
Casey's Center is part of the Iowa Events Center complex in downtown Des Moines. The arena opened on July 12, 2005, and can accommodate up to 17,000 visitors in certain configurations. It has used the name Casey's Center since July 2025; older maps may still display its former name, Wells Fargo Arena.

Arrival, parking, and moving through downtown
The Iowa Events Center parking lots have entrances from 3rd Street and 5th Avenue. Drivers arriving on I-235 from the east use exit 8A toward 3rd Street, while those approaching from the west are advised to use exit 8A toward 7th Street.
Downtown also has municipal garages connected by a system of enclosed pedestrian walkways. The 7th & Center and 4th & Grand garages are approximately a nine-minute walk away, 5th & Keo is about ten minutes away, and 3rd & Court is approximately thirteen minutes away. Downtown parking meters are charged from Monday through Saturday between 9:00 and 21:00.
Accessible parking spaces are located in the Orange Lot south of Crocker Street, with an entrance from 5th Avenue. After the show, many vehicles leave at the same time, so it is worth choosing a parking location in advance.
DART operates bus transportation in the Des Moines area. The network was changed during 2026, so the journey planner and the time of the final return bus should be checked before departure. Travelers arriving through Des Moines International Airport can use car rental, taxis, app-based transportation, or hotel shuttle services.
Entry rules that save time
Casey's Center uses mobile tickets stored in the phone's digital wallet. A screenshot is not sufficient for entry. If members of a group are not arriving together, each person should have their ticket transferred to their own device before reaching the scanner.
The arena operates without cash. Food, drinks, and other purchases are paid for with cards or gift cards available inside the arena.
A transparent bag no larger than 12 x 6 x 12 inches or a small purse up to 4.5 x 6.5 inches is permitted. Exceptions exist for medical bags, family bags, and childcare bags, subject to inspection at the entrance. It is advisable to remove unnecessary items and fully charge the phone battery before departure.
Des Moines for visitors
The arena is located in the center of Iowa's capital city, near hotels and restaurants. The Skywalk connects parts of downtown and is useful during hot weather or poor conditions. Crowds should be expected before the doors open.
For the evening of Raw, enough time should be left for returning to the arena. The security screening, digital ticket, and search for the correct section take longer as the start of the broadcast approaches.
The most important thing is to arrive with realistic expectations. Major names have been advertised, but individual matches for Des Moines have not been listed, and the lineup may change. The context is certain: Raw arrives immediately after SummerSlam, with multiple champions, challengers, and factions at a moment when every result can start a new storyline.
