The Croatian Army has successfully completed the installation of the Bailey Bridge at a new location in the Municipality of Marija Bistrica. The bridge will significantly facilitate traffic and provide better connectivity to farmers, tourists and pilgrims in this important religious center.
Croatian soldier Zrinko Dejanovic of the 41st KFOR contingent was named the best soldier for August 2024, after he responded promptly to a traffic accident during a regular patrol, providing first aid to the injured.
