The spectacular trail race SKY BOŠT, on June 7, 2025, brings together the world and domestic skyrunning elite in Karlobag and Baški Oštarije. The best runners, such as Kruljac, Oprah, Širić and Urban, will test their limits on the technically demanding Velebit trails, promoting sports and the beauties of Croatia.
Karlobag is richer for a pedestrian bridge worth 150,000 euros that connects the waterfront and the harbor, improving tourist and communal infrastructure. The Lika-Senj County co-finances the rehabilitation of the hotel beach with 45,000 euros, which, in addition to the new bridge, significantly raises the attractiveness of Karlobag as a destination.
