Valamar is investing in the largest tourism project in Croatia this year - the construction of the luxurious Pical 5* resort, which, with an investment of 139 million euros, will bring a significant boost to the economic and infrastructural development of Poreč and the entire region. Construction is progressing according to plan, and the transformation of the entire Pical zone has been announced as a turning point that will position Poreč as one of the most attractive tourist destinations in Croatia.

The construction site of the new resort, which is expected to be completed in early 2026, brings major changes to the city of Poreč.
