Am 1. Juli 2024 entdeckten Zollbeamte der Pula-Pola Mobile Unit 1604 Fälschungen von bekannten Marken wie Gucci, Ray-Ban und Louis Vuitton sowie von Fußballvereinen wie dem FC Barcelona und Real Madrid. Zu den beschlagnahmten Produkten gehören Schals, Trikots, Brieftaschen und Taschen.

Zollbeamte des Mobilen Einheitendienstes in Pula-Pola haben einen Versuch, 1.604 gefälschte Produkte renommierter Marken illegal zu verkaufen, verhindert.

Durch die Durchführung verstärkter Kontrollmaßnahmen im Bereich der Stadt Pula am 1. Juli 2024 entdeckten Zollbeamte der Regionalen Einheit - Mobiler Einheitendienst Pula-Pola insgesamt 1.604 verschiedene Artikel im Verkaufsraum.

Zu den gefundenen Artikeln gehören Schals, Sporttrikots, Geldbörsen, T-Shirts, Taschen, Kappen, Gürtel und Handyhüllen. Alle waren mit den Logos renommierter Marken versehen: Ray Ban, Gucci, Versace, Giorgio Armani, Roberto Cavalli, Police, Cartier, Tom Ford, Balenciaga, Prada, Michael Kors, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Hermes, FC Bayern München, FCB Barcelona, Juventus, Manchester United, Napoli, Paris Saint Germain (PSG), Liverpool FC, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Manchester City, Borussia Dortmund und den Fußballnationalmannschaften von Deutschland und Frankreich.

Es besteht der Verdacht, dass diese Produkte gegen die Bestimmungen des Markengesetzes verstoßen, da die Verkäufer keine Genehmigungen der Inhaber der geistigen Eigentumsrechte besaßen.

Aufgrund der in Artikel 138, Absatz 1, Punkt 5 des Markengesetzes beschriebenen Verstöße werden dem Geschäftsinhaber und der juristischen Person Ordnungswidrigkeitenbescheide ausgestellt und Geldstrafen in Höhe von insgesamt 6.600 EUR verhängt. Alle gefundenen gefälschten Waren wurden vorübergehend beschlagnahmt.
