In the Training and Doctrine Center of Logistics Požega, a training for acquiring additional qualifications for members of the Croatian Armed Forces (CAF) in the technical, logistics, and transport services was successfully conducted from June 3 to July 12, 2024.

The theoretical part of the training was organized within the premises of the Training and Doctrine Center of Logistics, where experienced teachers and instructors from the logistics, technical, and transport services delivered lectures, tailored to the specialties of each service. Through this part of the program, participants acquired fundamental knowledge necessary for their further work.

Practical Training
The practical part of the training was conducted in the working conditions within the participants' units. Through daily tasks and activities, the soldiers applied the theoretical knowledge they had acquired, ensuring that the training took place in realistic conditions. This part of the training allowed participants to gain a real insight into their future work duties and challenges.

A total of five soldiers attended the training: one member of the technical service, one member of the transport service, and three members of the logistics service. All participants demonstrated a high degree of commitment and professionalism throughout the entire program.

Final Exams
Upon completion of the training, final exams were held to assess the participants' acquired knowledge and skills. Three participants successfully passed all exam tasks, achieving excellent results in all areas of the training.

The certificates of successful completion of the training were presented by the training leader, Major Dalibor Terzić. His commendation of the participants further emphasized the importance of continuous education and professional development within the CAF.

This training program highlights the importance of professional training for various services within the CAF. It enables soldiers to acquire new knowledge and skills necessary for the successful performance of their duties. The training also provided an opportunity for the exchange of experiences and knowledge among participants, further enriching their professional competence.

Education and continuous development are key elements in maintaining a high level of readiness and efficiency of the CAF. Through such programs, soldiers have the opportunity for professional growth and development, which directly contributes to strengthening the overall capability of the defense forces.
