For those who like to try everything, there is the unmissable "fritto misto," a mixture of fried seafood and small fish, a crispy and irresistible treat. Special attention is also paid to cephalopod dishes, where squid, cuttlefish, and octopus will be prepared according to old recipes, preserving the original taste of the sea.

The evening will be opened by members of the Cultural-Artistic Society "Dvigrad" from Kanfanar, who will revive the rich folklore heritage of Istria with their performance. Through dance and song, to the sounds of the mih and roženica, they will showcase a part of the intangible cultural heritage that the entire region is proud of. After them, Febra Band and Griff Band will take the stage, bands known for creating a heated atmosphere and a repertoire that satisfies various musical tastes, guaranteeing dancing and good fun late into the night. The organizers have not forgotten the youngest ones either. From 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, a special children's creative corner will be open. While parents enjoy the gastronomic delicacies and music program without a care, children will be able to participate in fun and educational workshops on the theme of the sea, draw, make handicrafts, and socialize with their peers under the watchful eye of animators.

Local family agricultural producers (OPGs), members of the "Domaća web tržnica" (Domestic Web Market) association, will present their offer.
