In this way, visitors can experience the true magic of autumn in Istria, while restaurants and taverns have the opportunity to showcase their best offers and traditions through various culinary delights.

Enjoy the Natural Fruits of Autumn

This event provides a perfect opportunity to taste the wealth of autumn fruits such as mushrooms, pumpkins, apples, pears, plums, and figs. Istria is known for its rich gastronomy that includes the use of local products, so the dishes at this festival are an opportunity to enjoy everything this region has to offer. Food and wine lovers will be delighted by the blend of flavors and aromas that will enrich their experience. Besides gastronomic pleasures, visitors will have the chance to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Istria that transform into a true picture book of colors during autumn.

The event is organized by the Central Istria Tourist Board in cooperation with the Istria Rural Development Agency and the Pazin Craftsmen Association, with financial support from the Istria County. This is yet another example of how local communities can collaborate to attract visitors and promote their unique products and traditions. We invite everyone to come and taste the best that nature has to offer in autumn and thus support local producers and restaurateurs.
